A sad record, 1 on every 100 adults in jail in the US

It seems to me that something is going wrong in the US: mortgage crisis, dollar crisis, criminal crisis, dumb president, 3 bill. a day debt extra and we can go on and on. The latest new record is the amount of adults in jail, astonishing. That means 2,319,258 people are in jail if I’m right. That brings the police state discussion back, even in China less people are in jail. I think it indicates that the US rather puts problematic people behind bars instead of trying to really help them. New EURO record against dollar

Today on the currency market there was a new record, 1 EURO is 1,5912 dollar. I’m not a specialist but is this good? Certainly not for the people in the US although there are some positive side effects. Because the low dollar the US exported more to the European Union last year and for sure that will continue this year.
